According to a leak, Genshin Impact's Genius Invokation TCG is set to introduce five new action cards, two new artifact cards, and a new location card in the upcoming Version 4.2 update.

Genius Invokation TCG Version 4.1 has already introduced new character cards and action cards. The upcoming Version 4.2 update is expected to add even more content, including new characters and expanded map areas.

A recent leak from Genshin Impact suggests that five new cards are being planned for addition to the Genius Invokation TCG in the Version 4.2 update, scheduled for an early November release. The in-game TCG of the HoYoverse RPG has consistently received updates since its initial launch, introducing new characters, cards, and gameplay mechanics with each patch. The Version 4.0 update already brought three new characters, Qiqi, Albedo, and Lisa, to the Genius Invokation TCG. Now, the upcoming update will introduce additional action cards to the game.

In Genius Invokation TCG, deckbuilding involves incorporating a diverse range of cards to maximize the effectiveness of decks. Alongside Character Cards, which form the foundation of decks, the Genshin Impact TCG includes Artifact and Weapon cards that offer distinct bonuses for various characters and playstyles. Action and Event Cards provide players with potent effects that can sway the outcome of games, enabling actions like drawing additional cards, healing, or empowering units. Excitingly, players can look forward to receiving additional options to enhance their decks in the near future.

A recent post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has unveiled five new Action Cards that will be introduced in Genius Invokation TCG with the Version 4.2 update. The forthcoming update will also include two new Artifact cards inspired by Genshin Impact's Ocean-Hued Clam and Gilded Dreams artifact sets, which can be equipped by players. Additionally, the 4.2 update of Genius Invokation TCG is said to introduce a new Location card called "Stormterror's Lair," an Arcane Legend titled "In Every House a Stove," and an Event Card named "Lyresong." Unfortunately, specific in-game effects for these upcoming TCG cards were not shared in the post.

Genshin Impact Leak Teases New Genius Invokation TCG Cards for Version 4.2

Although no specific characters have been officially announced for the Version 4.2 update of Genius Invokation TCG, Genshin Impact recently introduced numerous new cards to the game with the launch of Version 4.1. This update, which was released earlier this week, introduced three new Character Cards: Yaoyao, Wanderer, and Dehya. Additionally, Version 4.1 introduced six new Action Cards to Genius Invokation TCG, featuring items such as the Moonpiercer Weapon and Crown of Watatsumi Artifact, among others. The update also included a revamp of the Weekly Challenge system in Genius Invokation TCG, expanding rewards to encompass the Arena of Champions and Co-Op challenges.

The most recent update of Genius Invokation TCG arrives ahead of another eagerly awaited release planned for Version 4.2. Earlier this week, HoYoverse unveiled two featured characters who will debut in the November update, confirming the introduction of Hydro Archon Furina with Version 4.2. The update is also anticipated to expand the map of Fontaine further, building upon the additions made in Version 4.1 with an expansion towards the east and the addition of a new port town. With new characters, locations, and TCG enhancements, Version 4.2 aims to offer something exciting for every Genshin Impact fan.
