Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney - Unveiling a Melodic Mystery

In the captivating world of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, the difficulty scale takes a sharp turn with its third case, "Turnabout Serenade." This particular case has gained quite an infamous reputation, not only for its challenging mechanics but also for the unexpected twists it throws at you. Who would have thought that scanning through videos and using a music mixer would be part of a courtroom drama visual novel? Well, buckle up and get ready for a wild ride!

Day 1 Investigation:

The day starts with some intriguing introductory scenes and multiple conversations to unravel. Keep an eye out for "The Guitar's Serenade" video, as it will make several appearances throughout this episode. Once you gain control, you find yourself in Klavier's Dressing Room. Have a chat with Klavier before moving to the Backstage Hallway once he departs.

Now, you have the option to talk to Ema, but she doesn't have much to say. Instead, direct your attention to the red door on the right (Dressing Room #2) to progress the story. Brace yourself for some shocking scenes that will unfold, leaving you back in the Backstage Hallway. From there, make your way to Lamiroir's Dressing Room.

Finally, Ema is willing to have a chat. Engage in a conversation with her, then examine the blue brooch on the left side of the screen. Now, pan the screen to the right and inspect the crime scene. Take a closer look at the gun on the ground and carefully examine the body. Don't forget to inspect his left hand and the smeared blood above his head.

When you present the Revolver to Ema, she will leave. Take this opportunity to move to the Stage via the Backstage Hallway. Initiate a conversation with Klavier, and when you reach the missed cue part, you'll encounter a mixing board and a tutorial on how it works. Pass this section by presenting the second track.

While on the stage, don't forget to present the Key Ring to Klavier and engage in a conversation about his troubles. Soon, you'll be prompted to share whether or not you've noticed something about Klavier's troubles. Choose to have noticed and present the Lyrics Sheet as evidence. Finish the conversation by discussing the song's predictions.

Now, make your way to the Gavinners's Dressing Room and have a chat with Lamiroir. Take a moment to examine the postcards on the table in the middle of the room, then present the Brooch to her. Once all is said and done, return to the Backstage Hallway.

After a series of scenes, feel free to talk to Ema if you fancy, but it's time to move to the Stage and examine the tower to complete this section and proceed to the first trial of the episode. Congratulations, you've made it through the first day!

Day 2 Investigation:

The day begins at the Wright Anything Agency. Have a conversation with Trucy and then with Valant when he shows up. Brace yourself for another performance, but remember, this won't be the final time you'll witness it. After the performance, present the Video Tape to Valant to learn more about the trick.

Once you've finished talking with Trucy and Valant, head to the Detention Center and have a chat with Machi. You may not get much out of him, but it's an essential part of the process. Once you're done, proceed to Sunshine Coliseum via the Wright Anything Agency, then head to the Backstage Hallway.

Here, engage in a conversation with Lamiroir, then present her with the Video Tape. This will provide you with the Headset as evidence, which you should immediately present to Lamiroir for more information.

Make your way to the Stage and talk to Valant, who should be there. Now that you've had a conversation with him, you can examine the grand piano in the background and obtain the Switch.

Head to Lamiroir's Dressing Room and chat with Ema. Present the Switch to her to identify its purpose, and then discuss it further.

Now, leave the Coliseum and meet Daryan at Sunshine Coliseum. Engage in a conversation with him to progress and unlock Gavin's Office as a new location to visit. Head there now. Take a moment to examine the burned guitar and the small object encased in glass, and then present the Igniter to Klavier. When he leaves, discuss everything with him.

Once he departs, head all the way back to the Stage inside Sunshine Coliseum and examine the closed instrument case on the ground. After a series of scenes, present the Replica to Lamiroir and engage in a conversation about all four topics.

You'll find yourself back in the Detention Center, where you'll be prompted to provide evidence of a secret. Present the Replica. Finally, talk to Machi about the Cocoon toend this section and return to the courtroom.

With that, the thrilling and melodic third case comes to an end!
