Armored Core 6 follows the formula of all FromSoftware games, providing a challenge while offering a wide range of weapon choices to tackle the difficulty. In this game, you are presented with a series of missions that you must complete, but with each chapter, you have to decide which missions to undertake. You may wonder why these decisions matter; that's because the game has multiple endings.
Armored Core 6 features three different endings, for which you must select specific missions and make certain decisions in each. If you want to see all of these endings, you will need to play through three separate runs. Fortunately, you don't have to tackle this alone if you're reading this right now.
How To Get The Fires Of Raven Ending
The End of the Raven Flames is likely the first ending you will encounter, and it is achievable in every playthrough.
To achieve this ending, you simply need to select and complete the following missions:
- Chapter 3: Mission 21: Eliminate the Enforcement Squads.
- Chapter 4: Mission 31: Intercept the Redguns.
- Chapter 5: Mission 37: Intercept the Corporate Forces.
By successfully completing these missions, you will unlock the final missions related to the End of the Raven Flames, namely "Breaking the Kármán Line" and "Shutdown of the Final Satellites."
It is worth mentioning that many consider this ending to be the bad ending.
It is recommended to work towards this ending in your first playthrough, as it is the easiest one to achieve.
How To Get The Liberator Of Rubicon Ending
The Liberation of Rubicon ending is another one that can be relatively easily unlocked, and many consider it to be the good ending. You can achieve it in any playthrough.
Here are the decisions you need to make depending on whether you are aiming for this ending in your first playthrough or in New Game+ (NG+):
- Chapter 1: [ALT] Mission 06: Attack the Dam Complex. After you destroy the second generator, choose “Refuse”. [NG+ Exclusive].
- Chapter 3: Mission 19: Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech [NG+ Exclusive].
- Chapter 3: Mission 22: Destroy the Special Forces Craft.
- Chapter 4: Mission 32: Ambush the Vespers.
- Chapter 5: Mission 38: Eliminate “Cinder” Carla.
After completing Mission 38, you will unlock the final missions for the Liberation of Rubicon ending, namely "Destroy the Propulsion Core" and "Topple the Xylem."
If you are aiming for the Liberation of Rubicon ending in your first playthrough, you can easily achieve it by selecting Mission 38: "Eliminate Cinder Carla" in Chapter 5. However, the decisions in NG+ are only relevant if you are pursuing this ending in your second playthrough.
How To Get The Alea Lacta Est Ending
The Alea Lacta Est ending is considered the true ending and can only be achieved after both the good and bad endings have been unlocked.
To access this ending, you need to play during NG++ (New Game++), as many missions related to this ending become available in this stage.
Here are the missions you need to select and complete to unlock this ending:
- Chapter 1: [ALT] Mission 06: Attack the Dam Complex. After you destroy the second generator, choose “Accept”.
- Chapter 3: Mission 19: Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech.
- Chapter 3: Mission 21: Eliminate the Enforcement Squads.
- Chapter 4: Mission 26-B: Coral Export Denial.
- Chapter 4: Mission 33-B: Eliminate V.III.
After completing these missions, you will receive the final missions for the Alea Lacta Est ending, namely "MIA," "Regaining Control of the Xylem," and "Coral Release."
It is not possible to unlock all missions and endings in a single playthrough, as some of them exclude each other or are only available in New Game+ or New Game++.
