The chest is located in the northern corner of the estate, while the key can be found on the top floor in the southeast corner. Accessing the estate from the rooftop will allow you to evade the majority of guards. Once you acquire the key, continue to navigate along the rooftops, then descend in front of the window of the northernmost building. Enter through the window with the damaged slat shutter, and rearrange some bookshelves to reach the chest.

Scriptorium Gear Chest

The chest can be found on the top floor of the Scriptorium, situated on the eastern side of the complex. Begin your approach from the roof, leap down onto the balcony beneath, and handle the guard positioned within. The chest will be conveniently located there, awaiting your claim.

House Of Wisdom Gear Chest

To obtain the treasure within the House of Wisdom Chest, you will need to ascend to the rooftop, navigate through a formidable group of guards, skillfully pickpocket a key, and execute a precise shot through a window to drop a chandelier, creating an opening in the floor. The acquisition of the Rostam Sword is intricately tied to the contract quests. To obtain the sword, your initial task is to complete the Weapons Dealer Contract. This particular mission involves an escort task where you must carefully eliminate guards to ensure the safe passage of the merchant. Upon successfully completing the Weapon's Dealer Contract, you will unlock The Slaver Merchant Contract. The slaver can be found in the same harbor where you previously rescued Beshi's men. Simply mark the slaver using Enkidu, swim into the harbor without being detected, and approach him from behind to swiftly eliminate him with a stab. It's a straightforward task!

If you wish to obtain the bonus, you will need to eliminate him by setting him on fire. Thankfully, the arena is scattered with several explosive vases. Therefore, it is advisable to stalk him from the rooftops and use your tools to ignite one of those vases from above.

The last schematic will become available once you have unlocked The Slave Trader Contract. However, here's the tricky part: we haven't been able to confirm the specific prerequisite Contracts for it. In our case, it was one of the final Contracts to unlock. So, if you haven't unlocked it yet, the best advice we can offer is to continue progressing through contracts until you do. Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegar
