Blasphemous 2 All Locations of the Empty Vessels

Blasphemous 2 offers numerous encounters and areas that will test your patience, endurance, and skills. It presents a myriad of challenges aimed at causing you to lose faith in your journey. Consequently, it is crucial to enhance your healing abilities as it is vital to stay alive longer during your adventure in order to reach the game's conclusion.

There are numerous ways to enhance your healing abilities, ranging from fortifying the vials to increasing the quantity you can carry, as well as augmenting your overall HP value to withstand more attacks before resorting to your healing vessels.

Empty Receptacle One Location

Our first empty vessel is located in the region of Profundo Lamento, just below the city with the blessed name, in the room directly to the right of the ladder that leads through the well, which you open shortly after obtaining the ability of Ivy Ascent (wall climbing/jumping).

Upon entering this room, you will notice a pinkish-red item on the ground. When you pick it up, several waves of enemies will appear. By defeating these waves of foes, you will be rewarded with the empty vessel. From there, take it to the Blood Upgrade Lady in the city with the blessed name to increase the number of blood vials from two to three!

Empty Receptacle Two Location

Empty vessel number two can be found in the Dungeon of the Elevated Temple and can be reached by heading towards the Prie-Dieu near the Chapel of the Five Doves area in the northwest section of the dungeon.

Once you're here, proceed east past the Chapel of the Five Doves area and enter the large room. From here, descend into the long, vertical room. The item you are looking for is located on this screen.

You need to utilize the Ivy Ascent ability (wall climbing/jumping) to reach a mirror in the rightmost shaft. Jump from the wall to the mirror and strike it with your Sarmiento & Cenelle (rapier) to transform into a streak of lightning that will propel you upwards through the floor, where the item is located.

Pick up the item to obtain your second empty vessel. With it, you can return it to the Blood Enhancement Lady in the city of the Blessed Name and increase your number of blood vials from three to four!

Empty Receptacle Three Location

The third empty vessel will be bestowed upon you as a reward for completing the third combat challenge in the Streets of Wakes region, after locating three bedridden sisters/candles.

This reward will always be the third one, so you must find three sisters and return to the room directly to the right of the Prie-Dieu in the Streets of Wakes. Successfully complete all three combat challenges to obtain it.

After successfully completing the third combat challenges and obtaining the empty vessel, you can return it to the Blood Enhancement Lady in the city of the Blessed Name to receive an additional blood vial, thereby increasing your count from four to five!

Empty Receptacle Four Location

Our fourth and final empty vessel is located in the Dungeon of the Severed Tower and requires the ability of Scions' Protection (Angel's Rings) to obtain it. From the central Prie-Dieu of the dungeon, proceed directly to the floor below.

From here, utilize your abilities to reach the gold/angelic rings in the upper right part of the room. Follow the rings upwards and enter the room in the top right. Once inside, you will notice a pink-red shimmering item on the ground. Pick it up to summon waves of enemies.

Defeat the emerging waves of enemies to obtain the fourth and final empty vessel. Bring it, for the last time, to the Blood Enhancement Lady in the city of the Blessed Name to receive an additional blood flask, thereby increasing your count from five to six!
