The accurate response is "Egg." On this occasion, as a reward for your astute deduction, you shall receive the coveted "King of Riddles Hint" item, guiding you to the location of the Trinity Key.

In order to acquire this particular Trinity Key, you must successfully unravel the perplexing enigma known as "The Woman Of Cold" puzzle.

In the subsequent room, just after descending the stairs, which is in close proximity to the phone's location, you will come across a collection of statues.

Once you have vanquished this foe, continue moving forward and veer to the left, where you will discover the ringing phone positioned directly ahead.

On this occasion, it takes the form of more of a confession rather than a conventional riddle, and it is presented as follows:

"Is Geppetto's creation a killer? CONFESS!"

You will be required to respond with either "Yes" or "No," yet regardless of your answer, you will be granted the same reward: The Trinity Key of the Chosen One.
