A funny Genshin Impact video shows how players can use certain characters like Klee to easily dodge attacks from new enemies like Assault Specialist Mek.
The video demonstrates that approaching the Mek causes its bullets to miss, as it cannot shoot downwards, making the battle much easier.
Some fans humorously suggest that this interaction could lead to the Pyro user Klee returning to the meta, even though newer and more powerful characters surpass her.
A funny Genshin Impact video shows how players can use certain characters like Klee to make their fight against some of the new enemies much easier. The new major update has introduced many new enemies to the game, some of which require players to adapt their playstyle. There are various enemy factions in the game such as the Abyss, the Fatui organization, treasure hoarders, and many others.
Each of these Genshin Impact factions can have members with different ranks, which are also reflected in their powers. For example, some of the Fatui enemies like the Fatui Shooter or the Fatui Agent are considered ordinary foes, while others like the Eleven Harbingers usually serve as the main villains in the game's Archon chapters.
A Reddit user named Beginning_Use8539 has shared a funny video showcasing their battle with one of the recently added enemies called Assault Specialist Mek. This ordinary enemy was introduced in version 4.0 of Genshin Impact and belongs to the group of Clockwork Mechas, which is part of the Automaton family. Although these graceful machines were originally created in the Hydro nation to serve as workers, they were eventually adapted for combat. While they can sometimes be challenging to fight, the video demonstrates an interesting trick on how to easily dodge one of their most frustrating attacks.
Once the enemy starts using its modified weapon to inflict Pyro elemental damage, the player simply approaches the Mek, causing all of its bullets to miss. The Mek's weapon cannot shoot downwards, which means that all attacks simply fly over Klee. This funny interaction has garnered a lot of attention in the community, and some comments even claim that the trick works with other characters of smaller stature as well.
Some fans even jokingly claim that this interaction could bring the Pyro user Klee back into the meta. She was once considered an S-tier DPS unit in Genshin Impact with strong AoE abilities. However, she was introduced in the game's early updates, and newer, much more complex characters have surpassed her overall damage output.
Fans have been requesting HoYoverse to introduce improvements for some of their early characters such as Klee, Diluc, Jean, and many others. However, it is highly unlikely that the game will make such drastic adjustments, as the developer seems to be more focused on releasing new Genshin Impact characters and regions.
Genshin Impact is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is currently in development.
