Genshin Impact players have noticed interesting details about one of the upcoming playable characters, the five-star Hydro user Neuvillette. Genshin Impact usually unveils new units weeks before their release, and one of them is Neuvillette, who will be added to the current banner later this month. There are already many speculations and fan theories about his background in the story, with some suggesting that he is the human form of the Hydro Dragon, Fontaine.

Genshin Impact is preparing to release the Version 4.1 update on September 27th, which adds two characters, four weapons, a brand-new explorable area, as well as timed events and Fatui bosses. In addition to Neuvillette, the five-star Cryo Catalyst user Wriothesley will also arrive in the Fontaine region. He obviously has glowing body parts like the Archons of Genshin Impact, such as Barbatos, Raiden Shogun, and Nahida. As for the blue eye on his palm, some players claim that it could be a tattoo or some other form of body modification.

In the comments, other Genshin Impact players have said that the character cannot be an Archon because it is Neuvillette's horns that glow, not his hair. Additionally, speculation has risen that he will be the first elemental dragon character with a powerful set of abilities. Players will have to wait until the release of Version 4.1 to discover his true identity.

Genshin Impact's Neuvillette has been one of the most anticipated characters since its initial unveiling.
