Pokemon Sleep received ample criticism immediately after its release. Numerous individuals expressed concerns regarding the safety of leaving the game on, while others were perturbed by its access to the phone's microphone. Despite its imperfections, Pokemon Sleep has amassed over 10 million downloads on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
This serves as a clear indication that the majority of people find it helpful and wish to continue using it. The developers have also released version 1.0.6, which brings forth numerous improvements. Shortly after the update, a in-game announcement confirmed the date for the very first major event for Pokemon Sleep.

Things To Keep In Mind
The in-game announcement includes a few other important points that players need to understand in order to make the most of the "Good Sleep Day" event. Players will receive bonus sleep points only for the first sleep session of the day. The bonus does not apply to players who have not yet completed the tutorial.
The effects of the event are not limited to a specific island, allowing players to choose one of the four locations for their research. The most important thing to note is that each day of the "Good Sleep Day" event shifts at 4:00 a.m. in the morning.
