You must confront these formidable adversaries directly. Fortunately, Reed is in close proximity with his sniper rifle, lending you a helping hand.

When Reed successfully shoots one of the operators, they often become vulnerable, presenting an opportune moment for you to attack and strike back.

Apart from the operators that Reed incapacitates, your priority should be to eliminate Jasper Collins first. He poses a significant threat as he will try to disrupt your cybernetics, making him a crucial target to neutralize.

Go After Songbird

After successfully eliminating all the MaxTac Operators, make your way back towards the truck. At this point, V's cybernetics will begin to malfunction, leading to chaotic circumstances. Songbird, in the midst of the commotion, will cause significant destruction before ultimately fleeing in the truck.

During this sequence, Reed will sustain injuries. Therefore, proceed to the upper terrace to assess his condition and provide assistance.

Following that, proceed down the road to pursue Songbird. Eventually, you will come across a section with numerous cars.

From this point, make a left turn and continue down the road until you come across several vehicles engulfed in flames. This is where you should halt your progress. Once you do, the quest will reach its conclusion.
