The long-awaited Soul Sovereign Armor from Honkai Impact 3rd has finally arrived, and as a complement to the Elysian Empire from day one, it brings forth new opportunities to gather crystals and presents captivating gameplay within the game mode.
Similar to the Dreamweaver, the Ruler of Rebirth possesses two distinct forms, allowing for two different playstyles within the Elysian Empire. This guide will shed light on both versions and briefly explain how the Ruler of Rebirth should be played in order to earn crystals.

Before we delve into the general builds for the two different forms of the Ruler of Rebirth, there are some specific aspects of the Elysian Empire that should be mentioned in relation to the new armor. Regardless of which form is set as the default, the Soul Weaver form will always be used as the default value for the Ruler of Rebirth within the Elysian Empire. This means that players will need to manually tap their ultimate ability in each encounter to switch to the Lifebinder form if they wish to play in that form.
However, when the Ruler of Rebirth transforms into a different form, it is counted as summoning their summoning entity again, and experienced players of the Elysian Empire will be aware that this synergizes well with certain seals (such as the Mobius seals).

When preparing to embark on a journey in the Elysian Empire as the Soul Weaver Ruler of Rebirth, players should start by selecting the Mask of the Mad King as their general Memory Seal. This seal ensures that the Seals of Decimation (Kalpas) appear more frequently, which is crucial for this build.

As supportive assist characters, players will prefer Valkyrie Chariot and Bright Knight: Excelsis. If players desire offensive assist characters, they can choose Blood Rose and Valkyrie Chariot or Snowy Sniper.
In the very first shop that a player reaches, the Mask of the Mad King can be exchanged for Memory (to increase the frequency of Hua's Seal of Caprice), and "Out of Reach" can be exchanged for Boundless Logos (which is easily charged through Soul's summons). In the final shop just before the boss, players should once again exchange their memory seals, this time replacing Memory with "Heavy as a Million Lives" (providing additional combo hits), and Boundless Logos with "Dreamlike Gold" (an ability that inflicts HP loss on enemies and increases the overall damage of HoRB).

When preparing to embark on a round in the Elysian Empire as the Lifebinder Ruler of Rebirth, players should once again choose the Mask of the Mad King as their general memory seal. This seal ensures that the Decimation (Kalpas) seals appear much more frequently, which will be the primary focus of the Ruler of Rebirth's build. However, in this build, the seal "The Legacy of an Ancient Friend" is chosen as a supportive seal, enhancing the Decimation seals obtained by the player while also increasing the health of HoRB when used.
As supportive assist characters, players will prefer Snowy Sniper and Bright Knight: Excelsis. If players desire offensive assist characters once again, they can choose Blood Rose and Starlit Astrologos.
Similar to the previous build, the Mask of the Mad King can be exchanged for Memory in the first shop (to increase the frequency of Hua's Seal of Caprice). However, "The Legacy of an Ancient Friend" should not be exchanged for this run.
In the final shop just before the boss, players should exchange Memory for "Distant Ship" (increases physical damage when enemies are hit by the active weapon) and "The Legacy of an Ancient Friend" for "Dreamlike Gold" (an ability that inflicts HP loss on enemies and increases the overall damage of HoRB).
