Honkai Star Rail brings changes to several Version 1.3 events

Honkai: Star Rail has announced that changes will be made to the scheduling of several events for the newly released Version 1.3 update. The third patch after launch for the popular science-fiction role-playing game by HoYoverse brings many new contents such as characters and events. Version 1.3 introduces two new five-star characters: Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan, as well as a new permanent area called Xianzhou Luofu with Aurum Alley. Now, HoYoverse has announced that changes will be made to several events.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 will bring several new events with abundant rewards for the players. The introduction of Aurum Alley in Honkai: Star Rail will be accompanied by the event "Aurum Alley's Hustle and Bustle," which introduces a new management mini-game in Star Rail. The update also brings significant expansions to the popular "Simulated Universe" game mode, along with the "Swarm Disaster" event. The latest announcement from HoYoverse now confirms that players can dive into the main event of the patch even earlier than expected.

A new announcement from Honkai: Star Rail confirms several planned changes in the event series of Version 1.3. HoYoverse reveals that one of the main events of the update, the aforementioned "Aurum Alley's Hustle and Bustle," will have a change in the event series, with the entire content of the event being available after its launch on August 31st. The "Swarm Disaster" event in the Simulated Universe will now begin on September 6th, with the content being permanently available. The Planar Fissure event in Star Rail, offering double rewards, will also undergo a change in scheduling and will now take place from September 15th to September 22nd.

The rescheduling of events in Honkai: Star Rail comes as the science-fiction role-playing game continues to introduce even more new content beyond the new characters and events. Version 1.3 will include a pair of new challenges called "Stagnant Shadow" for Honkai: Star Rail, providing players with access to valuable materials for the game's latest characters. The role-playing game is also preparing for its technical test for the PS5 version of Star Rail, with the testing period set to begin next week, and the PS5 version expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Honkai: Star Rail has already achieved significant success since its release in the past few months, following in the footsteps of its predecessor, Genshin Impact. The highly anticipated role-playing game already garnered a player base of over 20 million users within just one day of its launch. The gacha banners of Star Rail have also generated similarly enormous revenue figures as Genshin Impact, with the recent Kafka banner alone generating over $16 million in China. Version 1.3 will seek to maintain the strong momentum that the latest RPG from HoYoverse has already experienced.

Honkai: Star Rail is now available for PC and mobile devices, and a PS5 version will be released in the fourth quarter of 2023.
