While the tropical creation had many highlights, the main structure stood out as its defining feature. The grand building consisted of three levels and was primarily constructed using wooden blocks and items, lending a natural touch to the design. However, the player opted for a predominantly white color for the roof, creating a contrast to the woody appearance. Additionally, they even added an elaborate weather vane at the top end of the roof.

In addition to the main structure, TheGimmickyMc ensured that the surrounding terrain embraced a fitting tropical aesthetic. The player created a small area in front of the building resembling benches adorned with potted plants. Simultaneously, terraces extended from the main building, and custom-made palm trees lined the sides of the beach house.
