Starfield introduces more traditional role-playing systems into Bethesda's latest, highly robust role-playing game than in any other modern offering from the iconic developer. That's great news. Part of this comes in the form of a variety of possible ailments - debuffs, if you will - and truly, they will initially seem countless.
That's why we have put together this short guide on how to cure each status ailment in Starfield. After all, those colored symbols next to your health status in the main menu are only limitedly helpful.

In addition to using these items, you can also visit doctors. Additionally, with many status effects, there is a chance for your condition to improve (rather than worsen) until you naturally heal. However, we would not recommend relying on luck!
Furthermore, you will sometimes come across composite remedies that can heal multiple "colors" of status ailments. There is even the excellent Panacea that heals everything. However, don't expect to find tons of them.
