Starfield Starborn Quest Walkthrough

One of the finest aspects of the main storyline in Starfield is that you are involved in all the crucial decisions. These choices can significantly alter your gameplay experience and thus carry substantial weight. As you progress, you will eventually reach the city of Neon to acquire an artifact alongside Walter Stroud.

While attempting to strike a deal here, some unexpected events will unfold, but ultimately, you will manage to escape the city and make your way back to the lodge. However, your path will be obstructed by an unknown entity that will demand you hand over the artifact to it.

Should You Jettison The Artifact Or Escape?

Once you leave the Neon City at the conclusion of the quest "All That Money Can Buy," a ship called the Helix will suddenly appear, and there will be no way to evade it. Someone aboard the ship will ask you to return the artifact, without revealing any information about who they are or what the artifact does.

At the end of this dialogue, you will be presented with three options to choose from:

• Initiate your Grav Drive and get out of the system before they can defeat your ship.
• Jettison the Artifact and let the Helix have it so you can escape in peace.
• Attack the enemy ship and try to defeat them.

The main decision is whether you want to lose the artifact or take the risk of encountering an unknown entity to save it. Regardless of which side you choose, the outcome and rewards of this quest remain the same. In the end, you return to the lodge where everyone looks at the picture of the Helix and decides to be more cautious in future endeavors.

The only difference you will notice is that if you choose to give up the artifact, you won't be able to place it in the lodge. It is recommended to choose the first option since there is hardly any chance that you won't be able to escape successfully before your health runs out.
