Squishmallows are currently extremely popular. So popular that several companies are joining the hype and transforming famous characters from video games and movies into Squishmallows. Pokémon are currently perhaps the most sought-after Squishmallows, but Sonic characters are also hard to come by. Good news in this regard: the Sonic the Hedgehog Squishmallow is back in stock on Amazon, but you'll need to channel your inner hedgehog power and be quick.

Sonic is one of four Squishmallows from Green Hill that are currently available. Since the blue speedster is the star, his Squishmallow tends to be the hardest to find. Especially if you want to pay the recommended retail price for it. You will always find the Squishmallow you want to buy somewhere, but often you will be forced to pay three times its value if you can't wait for it to be back in stock elsewhere.

Sonic Squishmallow

Sonic the Hedgehog has been transformed into a Squishmallow. The blue speedster has already been featured in many toys, plushies, and action figures over the years, and now he and some other main characters from the Sonic series are among the first video game characters to receive the Squishmallow treatment.

Sega is one of the first studios to jump on the Squishmallow train. Unlike other popular collector's items such as plush toys and Funko Pop! figures, not many agreements have been made with Squishmallow manufacturers yet. While Sonic's Squishmallow collection currently consists only of the four characters - we are still waiting for Amy and Eggman - the Pokemon collection is constantly expanding. Winking Pikachu and Piplup have already joined the group this year, and Pokemon has announced that Clefairy and Teddiursa will follow them in the near future.
