The Call of Duty fan community has suggested the idea of allowing players to combine and customize weapon camos.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has recently seen several crossover additions, and although the customization feature for camouflages may not be present in this game, there is hope that it could be included in the upcoming Modern Warfare 3 or a future game.
Fans have also suggested the idea of combining and customizing weapon blueprints, and there is hope that desired changes and concepts requested by the fans will be taken into consideration and implemented in future Call of Duty titles.
A fan of the Call of Duty series has proposed the brilliant idea of allowing players to mix and customize their weapon camos by selecting different camo options. Over the years, Call of Duty has not been afraid to get creative and take risks when adding various content to the popular first-person shooter. Therefore, there is a possibility that this feature could be added in the near future.
In recent months, several crossover ideas have been implemented in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, including Nicki Minaj, Lara Croft, 21 Savage, and some characters from the popular superhero series "The Boys," all integrated into Call of Duty. Even more recently, the viral TikTok NPC trend found its way into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on the horizon, there is a possibility that the camo mixing customization feature, while not present in Modern Warfare 2, could be included in the next iteration.
Reddit user u/JimJamSandwich posted the idea of camo mixing on the platform and uploaded an image showcasing how the concept could look in the game. The image shows a player with two pistols, each having a different selection of camos. Alongside many other concepts created by Call of Duty fans, many users in the comments agree that this feature would be a welcome addition in future Call of Duty titles.
The idea of being able to mix and customize weapon blueprints has also been discussed, giving players full customization options for their weapon choices. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 includes changes that were requested by and desired by fans, leading to their return in the series. So there is hope that someone is listening and taking note of these player-created concepts.
Regarding older released Call of Duty games, players have noticed that more and more options are missing in future titles. Mechanics such as customizable player card emblems, the theater mode, and the ability to select maps have all come and gone in the series. With a Black Ops feature like dolphin diving making a return in Modern Warfare 3, it is difficult to predict what other features will emerge.
There is a lot of excitement surrounding the release of Modern Warfare 3. The reason for this is that several gameplay mechanics and features requested by fans are returning to the franchise. Not only that, but Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies also plays a significant role in it. Modern Warfare 3 has the potential to incorporate a variety of fan-created ideas and desires.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be released on November 10th for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
